Born in 1984, in New York, Mark Zuckerberg is the co-founder of the immensely popular social networking website Facebook.

Zuckerberg first developed an interest in computers at a young age and at the tender age of 12 he created his first messenger style program and his first computer game. Zuckerberg’s interest in computers continued throughout his school life and both Microsoft and AOL offered the then teen a job before he graduated. Declining both offers, Zuckerberg went on to study at Harvard University where he developed the initial version of Facebook called Facemash. When the software became renowned worldwide the Winklevoss twins tried to sue Zuckerberg claiming that he stole their idea. This was documented in the film “The Social Network”.
